Ayinger Brewery was founded in a picturesque village 25 kilometers from Munich in 1878. The Ayinger wheat-consuming Bock brewed using four different malts in the two-mashing. The weizen-bock style is relatively uncommon, even in Bavaria.
Ayinger Weizen-Bock offers a refreshing, slightly tangy flavor and a unique, typical banana flavor. recency The pleasant tingles slightly on the tongue. The wheat beer sweetness is initially dominant, where they disappear quickly in the finish. The strength of the Ayinger wheat Bocks not you realize it at first, but the full flavor clearly suggests that there probably is more to it.
