Vina Sur Pisco
Pisco was developed by Spanish settlers in the 16th century. Vina Sur has been made with selected grapes coming from the vineyards of the rich and fertile Canete Valley, south of Lima. Vina Sur captures the spirit of the new generation, but has been produced through the traditional pisco making process.

A Peruvian pisco peculiarity is that the first part of the distillation is kept, and then mixed in with the rest of the distillate. Re-adding the ‘heads’ adds in more ‘character’ to the variety of pisco. The body and flavor of Vina Sur, and the natural aroma of the Italia grape, are achieved drop by drop with the quality and purity obtained by the traditional distillation process in alambics.
