Samogon Russian Grappa
By using only high quality ingredients and some modern techniques, Master Distiller Valeriy Stepanovich was able to create a samogon of consistently high quality in quantities sufficient for distribution. It is produced from 90% first press grape juice and 10% pomace left over from wine production which is fermented and then distilled through a samogon copper pot still.
