The history of the walls today inhabited by the Drappier Family, goes back to the 12th century when Saint Bernard had an annex to Clairvaux Abbey. This Brut Rosé Champagne is made by macerating Pinot noir, which is very rare for champagne. One of the rare Houses producing Rosé by the saignée method.

Very concentrated, Drappier Rosé opens a bouquet of red fruits and violet. On the nose there are hints of red fruits and violet with a lightly spiced note. Receiving only a light dosage, on the palate it is remarkably expressive and extremely fresh, with a subtle trace of liquorice in the finish. Both powerful and effervescent, the champagne stretches its peppery citrus savors.
