The Crossings Sauvignon Blanc
All grapes for this wine were estate grown on the alluvial soils of the Awatere Valley’s northern river terraces. Viticultural input is directed at maintaining low yields and good vine balance to produce fruit which ripens uniformly and with maximum flavor intensity. We believe the best wines come from vines that exist in balance with nature, so much of the original vegetation remains and spraying is kept to a minimum on our vineyards
Buy The Crossings Sauvignon Blanc
This Sauvignon from Marlborough’s Awatere Valley, New Zealand, has a pale yellow color with green highlights. Its nose is characterised by a lovely mix of tangy lemon and herbal notes. These run into a rich palate full or ripe currants and honeysuckle which rest on a lingering mineral base.
