Calvados is distilled from cider made from specially grown and selected apples growing in the French region of Lower Normandy. Coquerel is distilled in a still using the continuous distillation and matured in small oak barrels on a blend of two years old minimum.

It takes over 13 pounds of apples to make a bottle of Calvados Coquerel. Coquerel VSOP has a yellow-amber color with flavors of green apples, mint, and a slightly floral finish.
