Clear. A very complex and aromatic nose of citrus and rose perfectly balanced with a subtle scent of juniper berry. On the palate the citrus and floral notes come through the juniper first, followed by coriander and cardamom on the mid-palate. The lengthy finish shows hints of caramel and vanilla, reminding us that this gin was made with a base of Oola Vodka.
