Canadian Club began production in 1858. It was created by Gooderham and Worts based in Toronto then G&W merged with Hiram Walker. During the years of Prohibition, one of the distillery’s most important clients was Chicago gangster Al Capone. He smuggled in thousands of cases of Canadian Club via a route from Windsor to Detroit.

Six year old blended Canadian Whisky from Hiram Walker & Sons. Golden color. Buttery oak and caramel aromas. The palate is quite sweet and gentle. There are notes of winter spice and dark sugars, a touch of rum. Subtle aftertaste of spice, orange rind and toffee.
